By accessing or using SDKGPT, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Service Description
SDKGPT provides mobile app SDK intelligence, including SDK identification, penetration rate analysis, and lead discovery tools. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (1) use the service for any unlawful purpose; (2) attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or overload our systems; (3) resell or redistribute data without authorization; (4) interfere with other users' access to the service.
Intellectual Property
SDKGPT, its content, and its data are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without permission. Data derived from public app stores is provided for informational purposes.
Limitation of Liability
SDKGPT is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shanghai Junmingdi Technology Co., Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the service at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
Refunds
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Change-of-mind refunds are not available except as required by law or as we expressly agree for a specific purchase. If your subscription does not deliver the features described on our pricing page, contact [email protected] within 14 days of the charge and we'll evaluate a refund or credit on a case-by-case basis. Where required by law (e.g., Australian Consumer Law, EU consumer rights), we comply with mandatory refund entitlements. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings. Cancellation stops the next renewal; the current paid period remains active until its end.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Shanghai, China.
